The organization traces its origins to the Houston Darts Association, founded in 1974. Now operating as Space City Darts, Inc., the group promotes amateur steel-tip darts with leagues, tournaments and opportunities to connect players across Houston and its surrounding communities.
League seasons generally last several months, with teams competing at neighborhood venues. The nonprofit mission is to advance and promote the sport and support amateur players.
